Do you have coverage through a state managed care plan (Amerigroup, Community First, El Paso First, Parkland, Cook, First Care, etc)?

If yes, your case manager can help you find resources to fit your specific need. 

Need a Ride?

If you need a ride to your child’s appointments, you may be able to get a ride through Medicaid.  To learn more and see if you can use this service call 877-633-8747 at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit.  Be advised that only the patient and a parent or caregiver may ride to the appointment.  Medicaid offers mileage repayment to learn more contact Medicaid at 877-633-8747.
