At Santé, we understand the importance of continuing education for our therapists not only to maintain their licensure, but to broaden their treatment perspectives and to keep up with the most innovative treatment options.

In-House Continuing Education
We provide in-house CEU courses whenever possible utilizing our own therapists. These are state-approved and accredited prior to the event. These courses are free to our therapists and we encourage them to invite their colleagues. Additionally, we conduct local in-service meetings on an as-needed basis to ensure that our therapists are fully trained and educated on such procedures as emergency protocols (weather, electrical outages, natural disasters and bomb threats), safety and infection protocols and compliance issues.

External Continuing Education
External CEU courses are also recommended. Santé provides reimbursement options on state-approved and accredited external CEU courses. We also provide reimbursement options on national professional memberships.

Instruction Opportunities
Santé believes in enhancing a therapist's skills and leadership qualities whenever possible. Therapists with specialty areas are encouraged to share those skills with their colleagues in an organized, state-accredited format. Therapists willing to provide this education are reimbursed for their time and travel (if necessary).
